三伏貼什麼時候貼？
根據傳統中醫理論，三伏貼的貼敷時間應在「三伏」時節，即每年的夏至后的頭一個庚日、中伏和下伏。這是因為在這段時間裡，氣溫高，人體容易出汗，貼敷三伏貼可以促進人體代謝，有利於排出體內的濕氣和毒素，同時也有助於調節人體陽氣和陰氣的平衡。
然而，在現代實際應用中，三伏貼並不一定需要嚴格遵循「三伏」時節，而是根據個人需要進行貼敷。通常有肌肉痠痛、肩頸疼痛、腰腿疼痛等症狀時可使用。在夏季氣溫高，出汗多，身體疲勞時也可使用三伏貼。若有睡眠不好，失眠多夢的情形也可使用。此外，對於第一次使用三伏貼的人，應該先進行試貼，觀察是否會出現面板過敏或刺激等情況。如果出現不適症狀，應及時停止使用。
